Conceiving and executing one-of-a-kind events grew out of the work we do in our restaurants. At first, we began hosting dinners for our regulars, often in their own homes. It was a chance for us to stretch ourselves and present our vision in unique contexts. We expanded over time, building up to multi-hundred person weddings and bespoke events from coast to coast. Our team prides itself on delivering Michelin-star-level experiences anywhere and for any occasion.
Beyond our core events team, we employ an array of culinary, beverage, service, design, and project management professionals ready to perform to the highest standard. Our deep roots in the hospitality industry allow us to call upon the ideal roster to make your event exceed all expectations.

We believe that a great meal begins with exceptional ingredients. Working alongside best-in-class purveyors, including our partner Fresh Run Farm in Bolinas, we prioritize seasonality and freshness. Led by three-Michelin-star Chef Michael Tusk, our culinary team demonstrates that world-class cooking can highlight the beauty of nature’s bounty rather than obscure it, and that fine dining can be inviting rather than imposing.
The same approach applies to our beverage program. We seek out exciting wine producers from around the globe, create custom cocktails with the finest spirits, and offer creative and considered options for non-alcoholic beverages. Our goal is for every bite and sip to elicit wonder and delight.
